This Privacy Policy describes how Tablo Skyplay (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application and related services (the “App”).

What we collect

We may collect the following information:

  • Account Information: name, email, phone number, profile photo, and Date of Birth(optional).
  • Booking Information: venues, dates, times, and payment information for padel, football, and basketball sessions.
  • Payment Information: transaction details (amount, time, result). Card data is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Identifiers: user ID, device identifiers, and push notification tokens.
  • Usage Data: app interactions, crash logs, and performance diagnostics.
  • Location (optional): if you enable location access for nearby venues or localized features.

How we use your information

  • To create and manage your account, and provide core booking functionality.
  • To process payments and provide receipts and confirmations.
  • To send notifications about bookings, reminders, and updates.
  • To improve the App via analytics and diagnostics.
  • To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with service providers who help us operate the App, such as payment processors, analytics providers, and notification services. These providers are bound by obligations to protect your data and use it only on our instructions.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App and comply with our legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal/operational limits).

Your choices and rights

  • Update your profile and booking preferences in the App.
  • Opt out of non-essential notifications in the App or your device settings.
  • Request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Children

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure.

International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure appropriate protections are in place where required.

SDKs & service providers

We use trusted providers to operate our App. Examples include:

  • Payments: FIB (processing transactions; we don’t store full card numbers).
  • Analytics: Firebase Analytics for usage insights.
  • Crash reporting: Firebase Crashlytics for stability.
  • Notifications: APNs / FCM for push notifications.
  • Maps/Geolocation: Apple Maps / Google Maps.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
