Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tablo Skyplay mobile application and related services (the “App”). By creating an account, making a booking, or otherwise using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use the App.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Bookings

• Bookings are subject to venue availability and any venue-specific rules.
• You are responsible for arriving on time and using the facilities safely.
• Changes/cancellations may be limited or cut off within a specified window before the session start time.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Prices are shown in local currency unless stated otherwise. Taxes/fees may apply.
• Payments are processed by our third-party providers (e.g., FIB). We do not store full card numbers.
• Refunds are subject to venue policies and our refund rules (e.g., cancellations within the allowed window).
• Chargebacks or disputes may result in account review or suspension.

5. Rewards & Promotions

We may offer loyalty perks (e.g., every 10th game free) and promotions from time to time. These may have eligibility criteria, limited durations, or caps. We may modify or discontinue promotions at any time as permitted by law.

6. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing activity.
• No attempts to access accounts or systems without authorization, or to interfere with the App’s operation.
• No misrepresentation of identity or affiliation; no resale of bookings without permission.

7. User Content

You may submit content (e.g., profile photo). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use your content solely to operate and improve the App. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your own content, all rights, title, and interest in the App are owned by Tablo Skyplay or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may link to or integrate with third-party services (e.g., payments, analytics, maps). Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Tablo Skyplay or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the App. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid for the relevant booking(s) in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100 (or local equivalent).

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tablo Skyplay and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or to protect the App, users, or partners. You may stop using the App at any time. Some provisions (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) survive termination.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of your chosen jurisdiction. Courts located in your venue city shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise. You and we agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting the other party.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Effective date” above. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
